Here at Team removals, we are looking forward to Dartmouth Regatta this week. There are many things happening with events to keep the whole family entertained.
On Thursday there is a street market and an ice cream eating competition to name just a few events followed by fireworks at 9pm. On Friday there is barrel rolling and a pavements artist competition followed by a Red Arrows flypast and an Illuminated river procession.
On Friday there is a fun run and a steam boat rally followed by an RAF Typhoon air display and more fireworks at 9pm.
Looks like an amazing weekend ahead for all. We wish all our customers past and present a very enjoyable bank holiday weekend.

House Hunters International

After another hectic week as August normally provides. Team Removals have produced two up and coming celebrities within the company by way of working with a film crew in Black Oughton, Dartmouth as they filmed a move for a program called House Hunters, a big TV series in America.
Our lads were as always in smart new uniforms and looking good for their debut. We are just wondering how they are going to get in and out of their vans now their egos are so inflated.

Rhino Trail

phpThumb_generated_thumbnailjpg smallHere at Team we are following Paignton Zoo’s Great Big Rhino Project which brings a world-class mass public art event to the streets, parks and open spaces of the English Riviera and Exeter. For 10 weeks from 30th July, life-size rhino sculptures will inhabit the streets, showcasing the wealth of artistic talent in the area, while highlighting the significant conservation threat facing wild rhinos.
They left Exeter in procession on Saturday 9th July heading for Starcross, Dawlish and Teignmouth. After that it passed through Kingskerswell, then took the Torquay coast rd , it made its way through Paignton to finish at Paignton Zoo. They will then be on show at Paignton Zoo until Sunday 16th October and will be auctioned on Thursday 3rd November with funds raised to be used by the zoo to support Rhino conservation.

Berniville nurseries near Crediton have sponsored one of the Rhinos (Blossom) and it can be seen there at the garden centre and Exeter Cathedral also have one there (Cath) that they have sponsored. It is great to see so many local businesses supporting this very worthy cause. berniville rhinocath-the-rhino
